Its says in the report that I am homozygous for KIT. In the list it only shows homozygous for 3 rs's.
RS3020826 cc, RS13135792 cc, & RS 3134884 gg. All the others seem okay. I have many symptoms of mast cell activation causing severe gastrointestinal problems.

You should go to your 23andMe raw data and search for the gene KIT. Then copy/paste the SNP's into a new report by using Sandbox, You might have to copy paste to excell of word first and copy just the column of SNPS's. This way you can insure that all of YOUR SNP's are being captured.
Because you have already downloaded your raw data from 23andMe or Ancestry, it should already be capturing your information but to make sure, you can do the above. You can do tha same for any gene you want.

Mark and "CJ" for those snps I'm the same as Mark: CC, CT, GG. I am also homozygous at rs 2855777 and heterozygous at six other KIT snps. I have leaky mast cells including 40 hpf mast cells in my lower GI tract. I benefit from magnesium and histamine degrading probiotics. Mark, I think it's very interesting we are here and in the IL5 group. I'm beginning to wonder if we have some distant relative.

Yes, it is frustrating that LiveWello doesn't tell us what KIT genes it is looking at. Anyway, I'm in a similar boat, with many mast cell issues and some nasty gastrointestinal problems. For thoe 3 RSs, I read: CC, CT, GG. So it is either the first or third that they are keying from.
Further to that, let's look at the minor allele frequency: .437 for the last one and .463 for the first. So about 25% or less of the population is homozygous.
Seems to make sense...
